Embroidery can be applied to almost any fabric with fantastic results. Embroidery gives your design texture and shading that is unattainable in many other garment decorating methods.
Stitch-on-Time takes pride in having some of the most affordable set-up fees in the industry. Our typical set-up (digitizing) charges run from $40-$60. Set-up charges are a function of design complexity and stitch count.
For designs using stock images (we have over 20,000) and stock fonts (200 to choose from) there is never a set-up charge.

Screen-Print Transfer
Looking for an inexpensive way to outfit your group? Screen-print transfers are the answer. With screen print transfers you can outfit your entire crew with t-shirts for between $5 and $12 each. We recommend this process when you need a larger quantity with a one or two color design.
Screen-print transfers are just as durable as traditional silk-screening. In fact, the transfers are created using a silk-screen process and when complete have the same look and feel as a traditional silk-screen. The benefit of screen-print transfer is that they can be completed very quickly—usually in less than 5 days once the artwork is approved.
Typical set-up charges for Screen-Print Transfers ae $25 or less depending on the format of your artwork. We appreciate the following file formats Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated Post Script (.eps). JPEGS and Bitmaps are acceptable, but may cost more to set-up. Dye-Sublimation
Dye-sublimation is a unique process that allows for the placement of photo-reali
stic images on certain garments and goods. We can take your image* and place it on a t-shirt, tie, or apron. We can also combine your image with text and stock artwork to create unique pieces such as mouse pads, dog tags, clocks, and cutti
ng boards. Dye-sublimation is an inexpensive way to create multi-color designs on t-shirts when you only need a few pieces.
The dye-sublimation process uses heat and pressure to vaporize a special ink that then permanently dyes the substrate. Dye-sublima
tion works with 100% polyester and 80/20 poly blends and works best on white items.
Dyes sublimation typically requires very little set-up and often has no set-up other than scaling or matching the image to the finished shape, therefore we can often complete your order with no additional set-up charges.
